The training aspect of Seven Arrows:

1. Personal Security and Trauma Resilience Training - Seven Arrows in association with PsychAction Corporate Psychology headed up by Dr. Merle Freidman (PhD) and Craig Higson-Smith (MA) has created a unique program that approaches security training from both a psychological and physical perspective teaching individuals in a comprehensive and effective response to violence and the threat of violence.

2. Anti hijacking and personal security training - Seven Arrows has a comprehensive anti hijack program that it presents. This is a two day program that deals with both practical and theoretical aspects of personal security, risk identification, advanced driving, collision avoidance and other aspects of dealing with a hijack situation.

3. Guest Relations Training - This is a unique module aimed at regulating and improving the guest relations service. This module deals with Guest Relations from all perspectives ranging from conflict resolution to cash up procedures. The aim of the training is to create professional, informed, responsible experts that are an asset to your organization. Training has been provided to venue security officers, event security personnel, front of office and hotel staff.
